9 years ago today my sweet husband asked me to be his WIFE!!!! Wow I can't believe it has been sooo long ago. It was a great proposal and no one knew (Jim of course) and a few friends we were with. We went snowmobiling to Yellowstone and he proposed at a hot springs we had stoped at to swim. I will NEVER forget it, crying, laughing, & panicking because I thought he was going to loose the ring in the Hot Springs!! (we were relaxing in the water when he popped the question). It was great and spent a few more days in Yellowstone then went back home to tell our families...I think they had a pretty good clue!!

A funny note about the roses, Calvin has always been one to give roses but never would he go to a flower shop and buy them so these were bought for a good cause, the local FFA (Future Farmers of America) club. He has been getting them from the High School for several years now, and all of it is for a fundraiser. So he is killing to bird with one stone.....donating and making his GIRLS happy.
